Saegusa Moritomo : ウィキペディア英語版
Saegusa Moritomo

was a Japanese samurai warrior of the Sengoku period. He was known as one of the "Twenty-Four Generals of Takeda Shingen".〔Turnbull, Stephen. (2013). (''Samurai Armies 1467-1649,'' p. 62 ).〕 Moritomo was the son-in-law of the famed Takeda retainer Yamagata Masakage. Moritomo served during the Battle of Mikatagahara in 1573, and the Battle of Nagashino in 1575. During Nagashino, Moritomo was cut down by the enemy when he attempted to protect Shingen's younger brother, Nobuzane against Sakai Tadatsugu and Kanamori Nagachika's joint surprise attack.
